I think that you should tell your friend that being in a sorority is being part of a sisterhood. So, if she can't even be sisterly (loving in spite of) why does she even want to be in the organization? Hmmm...makes you think doesn't it. No, she is not going to get along with them all the time but she must love and respect them. Lack of respect within any organization will bring about it's downfall. It is imperative that she realizes this. No she will not always get along with them but she must try. Perhaps she should try to sit down with this person and explain her feelings. But she mustn't just say "Oh, I'll ignore her and aim for this sisterhood anyway." I think not! Before I was a Delta I loved and respected anything/body that had to do with Delta (I still do), although I may not have liked some things about individuals. She just needs to learn that if she wants to be part of a sisterhood, she must look past holding grudges, not liking people etc... Besides it is ungodly to hold harsh feelings in your heart
