Going through the process is kind of scary b/c you are wondering if you will get along with your LS's and Big Sisters. Even though it was hard to establish a bond with everyone of my sorors, I made it my own personal goal to get close with each one of them. Yeah, it took some time and patience, but now looking back on it after some of my LS's have graduated, I am so glad that I did. My chapter has sisterhoods that we try to do fun stuff together, without talking about the business of Delta. We encourage new members to work conflicts out if they arise and to be honest about their fellings.
