i tell everybody that comes to visit not to travel by car if possible. what is the point?

} i am not trying to set the sf up! my hubby and i were up there for a visit and it WAS a bit challenging going through the city in our car. i miss flatbush avenue but man, it was a BEAST!
now if she is going to long island, that perhaps is a different ball game, and she will need her vehicle. but if she is visiting any of the 5 boroughs, i will always caution against having a car there.
