what could be the most perfect omelet i've ever made..if not the most perfect omelet ever, seriously..if an omelet can be gorgeous, this one was, with a clementine orange and a cup of diet hot chocolate.

Toasted english muffin with butter...usually have McD's as a ritual on Sunday's....but here in Northeast Ohio the roads are terrible from the snow storm!!

3 large Eggsland's Best organic brown eggs, scrambled with baby spinach in olive oil, and Nitrate-free turkey bacon from Applegate Farms. Arizona blueberry green tea (zero net carbs.)
Delicious.

My friends and I went to the BEST place to go after a night of drinking! I love the Millbrae Pancake House because instead of toast on the side, you get two perfect, yummy, buttermilk pancakes! (Thay are not small silver dollar pancakes either!)
I ate eggs benedict with a side of chicken apple sausage and coffee. I had a couple of bites of my boyfriend's pancakes too. 
I'm getting hungry all over again....
