I looooooooooooove Virginia Beach!!!
But, will it be warm by then? I don't think so. I went on Memorial Day weekend on year, and it was chilly and rainy. The following year I went in late July, and it was perfect.
Anyway, whenever you go, my recommendations are to stay at a hotel on the beach and to definitely go jet-skiing!!! Your hotel concierge should have the name of the local place that rents jet-ski's. My boyfriend and I went one year and we literally cruised alongside dolphins.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Sun-Spree. It was very nice. I hear they have a newly renovated building too.
