i remember her, she was a year ahead of me. this is so sad and unfortunately so common. she's second Spelman alum i know of that has died in this manner and one of several i've read about over the years. meaning, Black women, 1/2 of a power couple murdered by their husbands.
i hope her father pulls through and she and her family are in my prayers
