Yea even at my school, with a huge greek system, you can't avoid this. And like my little sis says people here "never die!!!" ie you will still run into EVERY person you ever date/casually see/have a one night stand with ALL the time. It really does suck. And in most cases once you've dated a guy from one fraternity chances are you are not going to date one of his brothers later on down the road. HOWEVER, that doesn't apply to randomly making out and I think in a few cases even dating.
