I so agree with doing things on a local level! It does get your name out there, and shows the positivie aspects of greek life in the community. Too often, I think it is hard to see where things are really helping on a national basis. But when you can look at the local domestic violence shelter and say, here are the services we have provided...or the local Ronald McDonald house, it makes it much more tangible in people's minds.
