I, personally couldn't do it because it would no longer be exclusive. For all I know he could've slept with someone the night before and it would be none of my business. Going from exclusivity to non-exclusivity is a hard thing for me... therefore I'd cut all sexual ties.
On the flip side it is familiar and you two know each other.
So it may be positive for some... but negative for me.
