I'd say it's probably no big deal if you're sure you didn't forget any days this month.
Sometimes this can happen if you aren't being perfect about taking your pills at the EXACT same time each day.
If you get a regular heaviness, normal length period next week then you're almost definitely not pregnant. If you get this weird early, light stuff and then no period, then take a test in a week or so.
