Hey Erica!
I would say DON"T worry about that at ALL! If it is where you belong it'll be the best thing in the world once you start hanigng out with the sisters after bid day when you can all be yourselves.
There are tons of houses who are great at putting on an act or a show for rush but then after getting in, its not what you thought it was.
So if you feel like you have alot in common with those girls, ask yourself if these are the girls you can see holding your hand when you're in tough times, if these are the girls who you can see yourself in grubby PJs watching reality shows with, and if these are the girls you can see yourself doing midnite slurpee runs.
i was really hesitant about joining my chapter coz I was also wary of the lack of enthusiasm. The girls came across a bit too quiet and calm. Sadly, I thought "I don't think these girls will ever go out and party". (the STUPIDEST reason to not want a house.) Especially since i had my heart set on another house where the girls were all done up and gorgeous and peppy, my house paled in comparison at the time. I had actually dropped out of rush after my dream house cut me but went back to COB at my chapter and its the best thing that could have happened to me.
At the time i was worried that i'd never have a social life & would be stuck studying all the time but I'm glad I am where I am. If i didn't join my house, I wouldn't have met the girls who are closest and dearest to my heart. These girls have helped me become who i was meant to be.
