Wow, I didn't know that. I don't know.
But I guess in a divorce, both parties would have to be of sound mind to sign the paperwork. But I'm sure that if she has reverted back to an 11 year old (mentally), she has to have a POA (power of attorney) or a legal guardian. I wonder if it's hubby?
