Actually, there is a currently a woman who rushed a *long* time ago and didn't get into to the NPC group on her campus. She began a multi-cultural group and now they are trying to colonize as Theta Nu Xi! That thread is

But I do think it would be really cool to have an NPHC or multicultural rushee on GC! Although my impression is that NPHC prefers their membership selection process to not be discussed on GC.
