They spoke with her about COBing their house and she informed them that she was considering COBing AGD at which point they informed her the AGD chapter XXXXX.

This is a run-on sentence.

You know, I'm not certain there is anything anyone can do in this situation. Really It is all he said/she said. There will always be rumors. I agree with the poster above. Rise above it. It comes across a lot like tattle-taling (sorry!)
