Thank you for all your replies. I will not dump my bf for what he said. Actually, he was the one who changed my view on the greeks. I used to think that fraternities and sororities are for people who didn't get enough popularity in high school. He showed me that there's a positive side to the group. I think in his eyes, I am an individual and not a conformist. I do not wear make-up, I do not spend my excess time coordinating outfits, and the past academic years, I went on a month of hardcore mountaineering, spent a semester volunteering in South America. I think he is right. I belong in a Red Cross org. more than a soro.
