My books/supplies were about $750 last semester!
What really gets me though, is that in my nursing curriculum, they "strongly
encourage" you to keep your books throughout the program as a reference aide. *coughBULLISHTcough*
So this pretty much means that when you go to the bookstore, a used book is a rare jewel to find. On the rare occasion that I have taken some of my books to buy-back...I find that they update editions so often due to new medical information, so usually they aren't worth anything (NEW BOOKS!!!!!).
It's a conspiracy I tell ya!
