Yeah, the real geographic center of the country is probably somewhere around Hays, KS. (OK is a little too far South) Unfortunately, thery're aren't too many people there. That being the case, an argument could be made for Denver. I'd guess Hays is about midway between KC & here.
Indy might be close to the population center of the country, though. As you probably know, there's a whole lot of land out here in the West with nobody living on it. And, the East is pretty population intensive.
Let's be realistic, though. The real reason is the dollar savings due to tax incentives.
The the way, the Delt HQ is in an Indy suburb. It was just opened earlier this summer. It's the first time we've actually owned our own HQ -- always rented before.
