As for rush we invite the band members to a rush event where they can interact with us and have some fun. Then from rush we decide who to give a bid to depending on their interest in the group and also their committment to the band.
As for our relations to other greek orgs on campus we don't interact much with other groups. I'm a member of a social fraternity as well and rest assured my experience in KKPsi made my pledgeship in Phi Delta Theta much easier. KKPsi IS a real fraternity and don't let any social fraternity jerk get you down about that.
