If this weirdo ever came up to me and asked me to take my top off, he'd come away from the conversation with a broken nose.
I remember reading an article on
the smoking gun website wher Francis et scum got a girl tanning on a boat to flash them. When she found out that she had been filmed for GGW, she sued, claiming they used her footage for commercial purposes without her consent.
She has a valid legal point. But if I were the judge in that case, I'd channel Judge Judy and say, "Dear, the next time some stranger with a camera asks you to take your top off, DON'T!!!!"
What's sad is, we actually have to spell that out to people these days........
