since I came to college, living in dirty DC, my allergies are horrible especially this season. But Allegra is a miracle drug, I'm so glad it was made, before that I tried everything, Benadryl, Claritin, not of it worked.
Also another thing, is if you wear contacts, switch to glasses.
And make sure you don't wear clothes that you wore outside around the house, the pollen is on your clothes
