As A Member of XYZ, I Got The Hook-Up!

So about a summer ago..I believe it was summer of 01..I drove my car into DC for a Dr. appointment after work. Now mind you, I never drive at all. I got a parking ticket. The ticket was for $100 because I parked close to a construction site, but didn't see any signs saying you couldn't park here. There were other cars there as well, so I thought it was ok.

Anyway, I forgot I had gotten that ticket until I got a letter in the mail a few weeks latter saying the ticket had doubled to $200 There was no way for me to pay a $200 ticket. I went to the ajudication center (whateva it's called and had to see a judge. we were led into a room with this women judge. As I sat down, the judge went into her bag, a bag that looked just like mine, with DST all over it, and grabed some files. She saw me staring at her bag and smiled. I smiled back and said, I have a bag just like that . Needless to say, she heard my case ( I was innocent of all crimes ) and dismissed my ticket!
