I just re-read the prophecy, and it says "and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives"

I had thought about the difference between murder/kill/manslaughter/etc myself (future lawyer that i'm trying to be). But the prophecy states either must die at the hand of the other, nothing about the semantaics of kill/murder.
As a side note, what version of OotP do you have?? My verison has Harry saying "that one of us has got to kill the other one"
