ooh, my parents are doing that! they have both lost a ton of weight! they checked it out with their doctor and he was really pleased with it. they are past the portion of the diet that keeps you from eating all carbs, so they can have small amounts now. they are also doing something where you have to eat certain foods within or after certain times of one another.
they have gotten me hooked on splenda. i just bought my first box yesterday. i got a bunch of unsweetened kool-aid to use it! i hear it is good for baking too!
i may actually try this diet. my dad and i have the same body type and since he is doing so well....i bet it would be great for me, too!
one of the things they do is eat hamburgers wrapped in lettuce leaves. ihaven't tried that, tho. my mom also swears that if she gets a craving for something that eating a piece of cheese helps.
