John, really dont know how to answer this!
When I started the local, we were told to have a H Mom. Well I told the Dean, we did not have a room or the money to afford one. At the time ALL Houses had H Moms.
In looking back with the way things are today, it could very well be for the best as times are different in many ways than when I was there! We policed ourselves and sometimes now it seems they dont.
If it was affordable, I would vote yes if possible.
Depends on the Chapter size to some extent!
