As dumb as it was -- what they did, I'd hate to see them fail as a chapter.

Duke is our Gamma chapter (very old). Hopefully this can serve as a wakeup call. I consider them lucky not to have been closed down.

Historically when chapters have implemented the LEAD program they have experienced complete turnarounds. With luck, so will Gamma.
