It's not that Sigma Kappa doesn't want to go back to IU, it's that the IU Panhellenic has to vote to expand its system, and then vote to invite Sigma Kappa to come on.
As far as alumna initiation goes, SK national policy requires a prospective alumna initiate to have a college degree, have demonstrated her interest in assisting college women, have given service in community affairs, be sponsored by two alumnae members in good standing, be willing to acquire knowledge of Sigma Kappa, and be willing to give service to Sigma Kappa.
