Also, you may not have to drive all over your city to get this book...some cities offer an InterLibrary Loan (i.e. they go to the library and bring it back for you). You might have to wait a while for this though (perhaps 1-2 weeks).
Also, come equipped with coins to photocopy, as there's a good chance that the "Baird's Manual" is Reference Material Only, which means that you cannot sign it out, you can only use it onsite.

I'm almost positive that you can still get some kind of a list of Panhellenics by Campus from the NPC:

I have one from the NPC and it shows each campus panhellenic, including closed chapters (however, it will only show NPC groups, no locals).
A few days later...I need to let you know that I checked my list and it DOES not show the closed chapters, only the open chapters and colonies. My apologies for this mistake!
