My chapter just celebrated 50 years and they invited all members of council but they didn't send single invites to staff. I would send an invite to the staff members who have worked and are currently working with your chapter.
As PsychTau said you would want to invite Delta Nu alumnae. You can call HDQ to get a listing, since you have all summer you may want to touch base with these women to be sure they have all of the correct information.
