I heard about the death of Fred Lane yesterday. Yes, this is another unfortunate incident involving one of our athletes. I read in the newspaper this morning that he was just 24 years old and his wife is 25. In addition, she had just given birth to a daughter seven days ago. It's been noted that this probably resulted from a domestic violence incident. How sad.
