Well I think that when you are on campus and if everyone knows what you want to pledge and you intentially wear the colors together then it is disrespectful. Some females on my campus try our patience by wear the colors together intinally to make us mad. I think the best way to let a sorority know that you are interested is to participate in their programs and or functions. Everything that they have, make it your business to be there. It just looks like you are very interested and are will to give of your time for the sorority.
I love my colors dearly but, together, if you are not an AKA, they do not match, and anyone that put them together should and will know that. Each chapter is differant than others so, I hope this advise will help you to achieve your goal as a memeber of AKA. GOODLUCK and GOD BLESS
