with the american media, you can never really trust what you see... i mean, after all, the government filters what the media is allowed to present to us. and besides that, they want to paint the most victorious and progressive picture that they can for the folks here in the states. but i just hope it's over ASAP. as for old saddam, it's like the saying goes: you can kill the man, but you can't kill his movement. unless you put something extremely stable in his vacancy, then the next saddam in only waiting somewhere in the wings for his chance to take up where his predecessor left off. bill clinton was actually at our school last week and he spoke about the whole iraqi war and dropped A LOT of knowledge about how the international scene works... AND HE IS STILL THE SMOOTHEST MAN IN POLITICS!
but... i wonder where saddam is these days?
