Unfortunately, I Have Been Late My First Two Years

I usually pay my dues as follows:

1/3 in August/September
1/3 in October
1/3 in November/December

If I make the deadline, then I creep in the door a day or two ahead of schedule.

Often, I've turned in everything on the actual day they were due, so I've had to get assessed a late fee.

How's that for efficiency (or lack thereof)?
