Payin' Dues
 

Yall ever been late paying your dues? I JUST payed mine, and it gave me this idea for a new thread. What was the latest part of the year you paid your dues?

Well, I am never late :D But the latest I have seen someone pay their dues was in March 2002 for the fiscal year July 1 2001-June 30, 2002. In other words they only had 3 months of financial status to go. They paid them only so they could vote when we were selecting new members. :mad:

I've paid my national dues but have not paid my chapter dues. I've been waiting to get my raise so I can pay for life memebrship and chapter dues at the same time. Normally, I pay well in advance.

I am a life member now so I do not worry about it. Once I paid my dues about 3 days late because I forgot so I paid the late fee!

I try like the dickens to NEVER pay late and so far I have been successful. I put myself on a savings/installment plan three months before they are due, so when they are due I have the money. I really, really, really want to become a life member. :)

It's been a long time coming...
 

No, I haven't been late, but last week I did send my mother's dues in. She's reactivated...Thank you, Jesus! I can scratch her name off of my "Must Reactivate" list.

So far, I haven't been late. Our chapter also allows us to pay in installments, which I did this past November and December. I just have to do some advance planning and stay the heck up out of Off Fifth and Nordstrom Rack.

Unfortunately, I Have Been Late My First Two Years
 

I usually pay my dues as follows:

1/3 in August/September
1/3 in October
1/3 in November/December

If I make the deadline, then I creep in the door a day or two ahead of schedule.

Often, I've turned in everything on the actual day they were due, so I've had to get assessed a late fee.

How's that for efficiency (or lack thereof)? :p :D

Unfortunately, I can't afford late fees, lol, so I pay on time.

I'm late this year!!!!:(
I couldn't get it together..I just bought a house,.... and have house project....and...I'm trying to pay for Diamond Life...and....I'm joing a grad chapter....and...oh the stress...

but it will be paid by May 3rd..with the late fee :) (thank you Mom:D :p
