How do I support our troops?
I pray for them, daily. I speak up for them and the hardships they are enduring over there during debates and discussions about the war. I demonstrate quietly and peacefully to end the war and bring them home. I am everything a good Navy daughter ought to be--I love my country, I love my family and friends who've been deployed. I remain informed. I am there for my friends who are here at home with loved ones deployed. I listen to veterans and continue to support their cause with my votes and my voice.
This is how I support our troops, daily and with passion. May we know peace as rapidly as we knew war.
