I don't think it's a bad idea. I know at my school, we can lose our fin aid for one semester for getting a ticket for underage drinking or drug possession. And I don't know about anywhere else, but those tickets are given out a lot more frequently than discipline for hazing activities. But would this law only apply to Greeks, or to all orgs that may participate in hazing (e.g. varsity sports teams)?
