If there is, would someone forward me the memo because it seems that I have over $40,000 worth of student loans for nothing.
Furthermore, many ethnic groups, such ITALIANS, IRISH, NATIVE AMERICANS, ETC. have scholarship funds set up exclusively for those of a that particular ethnicity. So in essense, with the exception of the Native American scholarship fund, there are already "white persons" college funds out there.
Why am I not suprised that BOO BOO the TEXAS FOOL doesn't know this.
