Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. Yeah, it's hard pulling up roots from a place you've grown up in and leaving friends you've known for most of your life. The good thing is that it's so much easier to keep in touch with people via e-mail.

Moving's always stressful... I hate it with a passion but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. If you have a decent job (or are busily pursuing your college major) and can afford to support yourself back in your old location, and have a good support group of friends, then you might want to consider staying put.
