so I'm doing ok. We've instituted this star points idea I had- basically we drew a big star on a whiteboard, and labeled each of the points: academics, sisterhood, greek relations, new members, and philanthropy. Right in the middle of the star is labeled personal. Then at each meeting we tell what we did for our star points that week-

What a great idea!! Very clever!!! I'm sure it will help you and the ladies focus on the *positive* things.
