Well maybe pissed is the wrong word. Their would be alot of confusion, and their is the possiblity you would be counted twice. From what I understand once you leave your active chapter and are in good standing IHQ views you as alumni. And since they concider you alumni the chapter you are helping restart you are doing it as alumni and can be concidered a "honorary founder" but can't sign the scroll. You can do it only once as far as I know and can see in the black book. I have known guys to help reconize a chapter but they were never given a scroll number for that chapter. If that was the case Buckwheat would be a member of alot of chapters! I am not 100% sure but I am pretty sure you can't get a scroll number with the chapter you are restarting. IHQ can give you the only definate answer on this.
