Gay Brothers?

It is too bad some in your chapter have chosen to react the way they did. I know for a fact, as I’m sure many others out there do, that you are by no means the only gay brother we have. What makes you different form the rest is that you have the courage to stand up and admit it while the rest of us are all sneaking around like school children. I applaud you Chris, and I'm sure that all of the other men who are truly worthy of being your brother would join me in congratulating you on the tremendous step you have taken. As for those who would seek to chastise you for the decision you made to come out, I would ask them to open their pledge manuals to the first page and kindly take notice of the 13th word of the creed they have promised to live by. Any man not willing to do that should be ashamed of himself and you should feel no further obligation to him as your brother.
