OK here is a solution....in the age of education and lidigation I suggest we advise that person not to continue in such behavior and remind them That ALPHA PHI ALPHA Fraternity Inc is business. Then inform them that they are liable for wearing the tradmarked items of the organization and to be aware they are crimanally as well as finacially liable to which I would then inform them of the Fraternity General Council incase there is any question on the Matter.
