Jilly is right, Iowa is second best. Losing to an unranked team that in turn loses to Oklahoma 49-3 is embarassing. Iowa will be ranked higher only because they will play a weak WSU team. Hawkeye fans luck out this year by playing Washington St instead of USC and not having to play Ohio St.
