so sad...

This kind of activity is why Delta Phi Epsilon is strictly, absolutely, 100% non hazing. These kinds of events are why Greeks have a bad reputation. This is such a sad loss not only to the victim's family but to Pika as well...

I don't know what htey were doing per se in the lake (the rational behind this event) but even the most innocent of exercises can have terrible outcomes like this.
