Perhaps it is viewed as divided loyalties, or something like that.
Even though this is often true, why is not looked upon very well if someone joins a NPC GLO and a latina (or any other multi-cultural GLO), but no one even blinks if you join a NPC GLO and a service GLO. Most multi-cultural GLOs are service based within their community anyway?
