Ok, I said I "know" some chapters accept new members in a non-formal recruitment, but I only "know of" them. One chapter I am not interested in, and the others that I have heard that do this, I don't really know many girls in the org. I guess a better question would be.... How do you let and org. know you are interested without going through formal rush?
Is COB a nationals policy, or does it vary from chapter to chapter, school to school?
