I imagine you can just live with the wrong sorority for a year or semester, or whenever an opening becomes available for your sorority's hall. We have RA's on each floor that do not belong to any of the sororities on that particular floor, but they do belong to sororities. And it really isn't too awkward. The sororities just don't want you to be walking around in the hall while they're doing certain ceremonies and stuff.
