I can attest to the first one, as one of my daughters went to Montevallo. That's the chapter that had the fake alum perping ADPi--she lived with the girls during rush. There are many terrible stories about the ghost on that hall.

The ADPi house was the Pi Phi house until some 50/60? years ago. My mother and her sisters grew up across the street from it. I love that brownstone!
