Well, I was stuck in Vegas due SWA cancellations. My flights was already to board when corporate cancelled all flights. I spent an extra night in Vegas, took a bus the next day from LAS to LA. I booked a flight for the next day (Wednesday) on Alaska Air to SF. I submitted all my receipts for reimbursement.

I received:

1. 25,000 SWA Rapid Rewards points. We all did.
2. My refund for my Vegas to SF cancelled flight
3. The entire reimbursement I submitted.

I am one happy camper.
