✈️Southwest Airlines, hear me out!
Send a small army of former Sorority Recruitment Chairs and Advisers to your Headquarters and we will sort all this mess out in 24 hours. We will not sleep until things are up and running again. You will have the most organized, detailed plan, with plans B, C, and D ready to be rolled out at any moment. Each flight will have a theme, photo booth, food, and gifts. We will assign every passenger a buddy to get to know and they will become forever friends. There will definitely be an ice breaker game or two. Passengers will be welcomed with signs, cheers, and hugs when they exit the plane to their destination (think Bid Day). By the time we are finished, your customers will be thanking Southwest for this once in lifetime experience! Sorority women can fix this, Southwest. We were made for this moment. It’s a no brainer ����*♀️

Laurie is the daughter of an AOPi friend of mine, Anna Davis, who has served as a regional sorority official (and possibly higher) for a number of years. I'm sorry to say I don't remember which sorority Laurie pledged, but she was obviously raised right!

Laurie went AOII too, and she works with her own chapter--she was in it with one of my daughters. I tell her about good PNMs coming there from my school, which is very close to hers.

Yes, that's awesome. You know sorority women would have all of those lines organized and groups of people moving towards their gates at the correct time!

Well, I was stuck in Vegas due SWA cancellations. My flights was already to board when corporate cancelled all flights. I spent an extra night in Vegas, took a bus the next day from LAS to LA. I booked a flight for the next day (Wednesday) on Alaska Air to SF. I submitted all my receipts for reimbursement.

Hope it all works out well for you with the reimbursement!

I received:

1. 25,000 SWA Rapid Rewards points. We all did.
2. My refund for my Vegas to SF cancelled flight
3. The entire reimbursement I submitted.

I am one happy camper.

You take Southwest and we’ll take Delta, lol. Not that they need the help. Lol.
