Kudos to her for accurately reflecting her responsibilities in her LinkedIn profile as well. This is an area many people find difficult, and speaks to her ability to translate education and experience into workplace-speak. What an impressive young woman!

About the resume: it’s certainly impressive. Alan DeSantis wrote a book about Greek Life a few years back…he is an adviser at University of Kentucky. He made similar comments in his book about the level of work that goes into these exec positions on panel and IFC and even in each sorority or fraternity. It seems light hearted to a lot of people, but it really is a serious responsibility.

Outstanding - very strong resume too. I only wish she wouldn't say "Co-Manage" and "Co-Lead". She is not a "Co-President" and the buck stops with her. She shouldn't downplay her leadership.
